The online sector is the most committed to conciliation policies, which has a greater female presence among its staff and with more women in managerial positions. And the type of e-commerce policy favors reconciliation between work and family life. That is, it is easier to have work flexibility with working hours and working conditions that are optimal for the worker.
In this sense, and in relation to management positions in the field of e-commerce, data show that 12% of CEOs are women, a figure that represents 7% more than in companies in other sectors, of which 21% are women who are directors.
The reconciliation between personal and family life contributes to a more egalitarian society, with processes of staff recruitment that guarantee the same opportunities and rights for all.
