Sempre pi\u00f9 lavoratori si trovano costretti a <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #666666; background-color: transparent; font-weight: bold; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">trasferirsi nelle cinture suburbane o nei centri medi per accedere ad abitazioni sostenibili dal punto di vista economico o finanziario<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; color: #666666; background-color: transparent; font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; text-decoration: none; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;\">. Secondo una recente analisi della CNA sul rapporto tra costo della casa, mobilit\u00e0 e mercato del lavoro, un nucleo familiare che sceglie di trasferirsi fuori citt\u00e0 per risparmiare mediamente 3.600 euro sul canone di locazione annuo, si trova a sostenere oltre 2.000 euro all&#8217;anno di spese aggiuntive tra carburante, usura del veicolo, manutenzione straordinaria, pneumatici e parcheggi.
