At ETALENTUM, we have always embraced technological innovation as a driving force for transformation in the headhunting and recruitment sector. In this context, we have developed the FACECHATBOT project, a pioneering solution that combines artificial intelligence and machine learning to optimise one of the most critical stages of the recruitment process: the interview and its subsequent analysis.<\/p>

What is FACECHATBOT?<\/strong>
It is an innovative system that automates interviews through an intelligent bot capable of asking customised questions in different languages (defined by consultants and clients) and thoroughly analysing the candidate\u2019s responses. This provides a more complete and objective view of the evaluated profile.<\/p>

Project results<\/strong>
After more than two years of research, development, and testing, FACECHATBOT has been consolidated as an operational and functional platform that:
\u25cf Automates and customises recruitment interviews in several languages.
\u25cf Records and transcribes sessions, making them easier to review.
\u25cf Generates automatic reports for clients and consultants.<\/p>

This progress has been possible thanks to the dedication of our team and the collaboration of specialists who worked on integrating the different modules into a single system connected to our platform.<\/p>

A qualitative leap in the sector<\/strong>
With FACECHATBOT, ETALENTUM takes a decisive step forward in the digitalisation of the human resources sector, offering client companies a tool that shortens selection times, increases objectivity in candidate evaluation, and improves the quality of information for decision-making.<\/p>

The project not only strengthens our position as a national benchmark in headhunting but also opens the door to international expansion, offering a distinctive technological solution that can be applied across the sector.<\/p>

Commitment to innovation and sustainability<\/strong>
Finally, and equally important, aligned with our commitment to responsible innovation, FACECHATBOT has been developed on cloud infrastructures from leading providers, enabling us to optimise energy consumption and reduce the environmental impact associated with using our own servers.<\/p>

This ambitious R&D project has been co-financed by the CDTI and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) within the support programme for innovative companies.
