{"id":193,"date":"2014-11-17T15:14:25","date_gmt":"2014-11-17T15:14:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.etalentum.com\/es\/?p=193"},"modified":"2018-08-24T13:18:38","modified_gmt":"2018-08-24T11:18:38","slug":"como-son-las-nuevas-nominas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.etalentum.com\/ca\/com-son-les-noves-nomines\/","title":{"rendered":"Com s\u00f3n les noves n\u00f2mines?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blog.etalentum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Depositphotos_3554228_s.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-194\" title=\"Nou format de les n\u00f3mines\" alt=\"selecci\u00f3 de personal Vic\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.etalentum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Depositphotos_3554228_s.jpg\" width=\"405\" height=\"605\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.etalentum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Depositphotos_3554228_s.jpg 578w, https:\/\/blog.etalentum.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Depositphotos_3554228_s-200x300.jpg 200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 405px) 100vw, 405px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Des del passat dia 12 de novembre ha entrat en vigor una nova ordre del Ministeri de Treball i Seguretat Social que t\u00e9 per objecte un nou model de n\u00f2mines.<\/p>\n<p>Les n\u00f2mines dels treballadors hauran de incloure un canvi important: a m\u00e9s de recollir la base de cotitzaci\u00f3 i el tipus de retenci\u00f3 de l&#8217;IRPF i cotitzacions aportades per l\u2019empleat, tamb\u00e9 tindran l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 de l\u2019empresari a la Seguretat Social.<\/p>\n<p>Fins ara, en els rebuts dels salaris dels treballadors \u00fanicament es reflexava l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 del treballador: per conting\u00e8ncies comuns ( un 4,70% per tots els treballadors ) i atur i formaci\u00f3 professional ( un 1,55% en el cas dels treballadors amb contracte indefinit i un 1% pels que tenen contracte temporal ). \u00c9s a dir, nom\u00e9s apareixia a la n\u00f2mina l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 del treballador per finan\u00e7ar les pensions, les ajudes per atur i les accions de formaci\u00f3 professional que finan\u00e7a l\u2019Estat.<\/p>\n<p>Ara, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s del que aporta el treballador, tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;haur\u00e0 d\u2019incloure la de l\u2019empresa, \u00e9s a dir, el 28,3% per conting\u00e8ncies comuns; 5,5% en contractes indefinits per atur ( 6,7% en cas de treballadors temporals, independentment de si tenen jornada completa o a temps parcial); la cotitzaci\u00f3 pel Fons de Garantia salarial (0,2%);
