No obstant aix\u00f2, si experimentem massa estr\u00e8s i per molt temps, els efectes en la salut poden ser negatius.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Passem una gran part del nostre temps a la feina i sovint podem desencadenar estr\u00e8s a causa d&#8217;aix\u00f2. <strong>Incorporar t\u00e8cniques simples de relaxaci\u00f3 a la nostra jornada laboral \u00e9s una bona manera d&#8217;evitar l&#8217;estr\u00e8s no desitjat<\/strong>. Per aix\u00f2, en aquest article comparteixo algunes t\u00e8cniques b\u00e0siques per poder reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i disminuir la tensi\u00f3 a l&#8217;oficina:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1) Respirar adequadament<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Saber inhalar i exhalar aire de manera adequada pot calmar els nervis i l&#8217;ansietat en qualsevol moment i ajudar a cumplir les funcions de manera tranquil\u00b7la.\u00a0Aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 especial import\u00e0ncia per les persones que treballen moltes hores en una taula o lloc de feina, on a l&#8217;estar asseguts durant llargues jornades, es redueix la circulaci\u00f3 al cos el que comporta falta d&#8217;oxigen i es tradueix en tensi\u00f3 muscular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2) Ignorar les alertes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S&#8217;aconsella enfocar-se en una tasca individual, sense distreure ni preocupar-se per les altres tasques pendents. Fer pauses regulars per moure el cos disminuir\u00e0 significativament els nostres nivells d&#8217;estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>4) Planificar una &#8220;reuni\u00f3 caminant&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fer una passejada i gaudir de l&#8217;aire lliure amb una reuni\u00f3 caminant (amb un m\u00e0xim de 3 persones), en lloc de seure en una sala de reunions, \u00e9s una manera efica\u00e7 d&#8217;estirar no nom\u00e9s les cames sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 la ment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>5) Actitud positiva i motius per\u00a0<\/strong><b>somriure \ud83d\ude42<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s igualment important mantenir una actitud subtil i agradable a la feina.
