El mateix estudi assenyala que gaireb\u00e9 set de cada deu (68%) treballadors espanyols passen una mitjana de 67 minuts al dia movent-se davant el seu equip per trobar una postura c\u00f2moda davant l&#8217;ordinador i tractar d&#8217;evitar aquestes mol\u00e8sties f\u00edsiques, la qual cosa es tradueix en <strong>5,6 hores a la setmana de temps improductiu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tenir cura de les postures a la feina \u00e9s clau per evitar lesions<\/strong>, per aix\u00f2 et proporcionem alguns consells:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> El ratol\u00ed i el teclat han d&#8217;estar al mateix nivell dels colzes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong> Els genolls cal mantenir-los al mateix nivell dels malucs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> Els peus han de recolzar-se amb fermesa a terra, no creuats ni cap enrere de la cadira. Tamb\u00e9 pots col\u00b7locar-los en un reposapeus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> Seu sempre al fons del seient, si cal fes servir un coix\u00ed, t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a descansar la columna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5)<\/strong> Utilitza els posa bra\u00e7os, i sempre mantingues l&#8217;espatlla del bra\u00e7 que va sobre el ratol\u00ed el m\u00e9s relaxat possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6)<\/strong> Si necessites llegir, mantingues el cap en vertical.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7)<\/strong> \u00a1Estira&#8217;t!
